The Hivexagon vertical laptop stand is solid, well built and does the job well. There are several Revain partners that sell racks almost identical to these and they all seem to work equally well. Like others, this Hivexagon stand is adjustable with hex screws on the bottom and well padded in each compartment. The big advantage of this Hivexagon stand is that it is $1 to $5 cheaper than its direct competitors. It's also a third the price of the Twelve South BookArc and the best stand. It's better than the BookArc because the Hivexagon is more stable, more functional (e.g. two compartments instead of one), less top-heavy and because the little rubber feet don't move resolve shortly after purchase (like my BookArc). ). Now I have two such Hivexagon stands. One stand holds two MacBooks and the other holds my keyboard, trackpad, and iPad. It's compact and looks good.
