It's very easy to use with all of your colleagues that have this software already installed which makes getting started easier than other conferences we tried. The room layout/design was simple but effective for our purposes when it came time to plan sessions out at work. Nothing really - just take my word, look into it! Using O365 instead of Meetings as an event management platform allows us to save money by not having dedicated resources set aside solely toward meetings, etc., without limiting flexibility or creating more complicated processes. It's free and easy to use, it works great for our meetings and it has helped us be more productive as a team. This is a must have tool if you are looking to save money. There isn't much I dislike about this product. We have been able to use this software for work and we've saved a lot of time by using this tool over other video tools out there.
