Review on Anti Shock Aluminium Protective Portable External Computer Accessories & Peripherals by Cliff Gibs

I bought this specifically to protect my external hard drive during shipping. The drive fits snugly into the case along with the UBC cable. It's a bit bulky, but worth it for the protection it offers. The weight is lighter than I expected. Soft sleeves were too thin. I can actually store the drive in an open case while I work, eliminating the need for extra unpacking and repacking. I also bought a blue external drive with a blue case. So I keep a black disc in a black case for backups and a blue one for on the go. I wish I could find a laptop bag like this. Other aluminum laptop bags are too bulky. Question: Why did we want laptops to be smaller and lighter? Apparently, this just resulted in me having to lug around a few peripherals, thereby denying me the option of a more compact and lighter laptop.
