The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

This thing is gorgeous, functions perfectly, and is securely packaged. I would take this DVD again if I needed one. The service was quick and flawless.

Pros
  • This is a great, portable external hard disk. Quiet. There is currently no audible clattering or clicking. It has a 2-meter power cord. USB meter, I'd say. The speed ranged from 50,000 to 75,000 kilobytes per second during test copies.

I wasn't thrilled with the product, but it can be used.

Only suitable for usage in the house as a replacement for the computer's internal storage in the event that files need to be transferred to another device. Bringing it with you wherever puts you at a significant risk of losing all of your valuable files beyond the point of no return. :( Pros: Large volume at a fair price. I purchased it somewhat more than a year ago for 2,700r. Various disadvantages: Producing products of high quality. The interior was the standard WD Caviar Green. Beginnings…

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

We spent a significant amount of time looking for a good choice online, and ultimately settled on one that fulfilled all of our requirements. The following people should be added to the list of those whose disks failed within a month: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, and pay close attention to the information provided by the sales associate; the disk is not portable. It is risky to carry it about the house, much less to toss it into a bag and take it outside with you. With regard to its advantages, I…

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

With its positives being: Compact, quiet and doesn't get heated. Large volume. It can be read without any issues by the ASUS O! Play MINI media player, which is where it was originally intended to be used. Additionally, power cords that are sufficiently lengthy, as well as USB and Super! Having this drawback: On 500 gigabytes, it takes one to two seconds longer to detect than a portable WD. To put it another way, it's kind of like a joke) Of course, this is not a disadvantage:)

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

There was the cheapest option for the price of TB, for this reason these. It doesn't matter which ones to take for backups - the main thing is not from buggy HDD lines. Has some pros: The second, taken as a normal discount. Tenacious, the first has been living under backups for years. No noise. Has cons: Came with a mini-scratch next to the Led, but this is a question for the store probably. Although it was visually sort of sealed.

Not at all what I expected.Terrible!

this is my third hard drive from this company, they all die almost immediately after the warranty! I won't take any more! and you are watching! Its pros: Quiet, not heated, the price was very attractive for such a volume! Some cons: Died right after the warranty expired. and such a volume is not seen by any players and TVs! only by computer!

Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

Used successfully for a number of years with no complaints. I have a ton of useless things from trackers stored on it (games, anime, manga, movies, and TV series), and I spent an entire year downloading whatever I liked without setting any limits for myself. As a result, there is only 100 GB of capacity remaining on the device currently. You won't be able to get very far away from the computer because the power supply doesn't look very good, and the wires are about as long as they need to be…

Pros
  • December 15, 2022. It is still operational. It appears that the item was purchased either in 2022 or in 2022. The most recent evaluation was completed on May 31st, 2022. Made the decision to upgrade a little bit. Stylish (simply black and gorgeous, no bells and whistles, but not miserable), in my opinion, it does not become extremely hot (36-37g while idle, 43 when actively working), it switches itself off after a prolonged period of inactivity, and it is very quiet (you can hear how it works, only if you approach your ear close to the hard drive case).
Cons
  • Unless it has its own dedicated power source, I don't see much of a need for it, but if it does, it's not particularly important to me. On the other hand, the presence of so many of these external hard drives necessitates the use of power outlets. Other than USB 3.0 This can be a minor annoyance at times, but at the beginning of the process, you have to wait five seconds before you can begin working securely with the data in it. High price (I paid 4,300 for it, then after 2 weeks it truly dropped in price by 500, and now it has climbed in price again) Personally, I was not fortunate enough to obtain it at a low cost. Casing made of plastic (this is more of a nitpick; if you treat it carefully and do not drop it, then the material used for the casing will not be as essential)

Many write about problems with the hard drive, I had nothing like that. Never formatted, did not check for bads, everything works. Pros below: Pleasant to the touch, looks good. Quiet. Weakly heated. Stops when there is no communication. Cool white LED) Cons: Flimsy mini-USB connector, first lost contact, then fell off completely. Worked for over a year. Data is not lost, pulled out the hard drive and continue to use with the docking station.

I bought it as a kit for a router, which I turned into a torrent rocker. It's good that you were smart enough to watch S. M. A. R. T. As it turned out, inside is the usual "green" drive WDC WD15EARX-00PASB0. As you know, the "green" from WD suffers from one problem, namely, if you use it under Linux, get ready for the fact that the disk heads will be constantly parked. Thus, their own mechanics. During the first 26 hours of operation, the heads were parked as many as 333 times, which is almost

Pros
  • Quiet. Even if the power is connected, it only turns on if you connected it to the USB port.
Cons
  • Head parking problem. The parameter is set to 8 seconds.

I don't recall what made me decide to purchase two external hard drives rather than one internal one, but it was because I needed to set aside a significant amount of disk space "for growth." In addition, I desired a second disk for use with backups. Either none of this could be contained within, or it was sold at an exorbitant price. I am content with the choice that was made. Although they do take up room, the fact that they do so is not a deal breaker. Everything turned out to be fairly…

Pros
  • Bought but failed to remember
Cons
  • There will be moments when you have to dust.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good one.

Different pros: Quite fast, on average copying via USB to this disk is 160-170 mb/s. Has some cons: Dimensions, additional power outlet, but that's to be expected from this form factor.
