Wow, I have straight Asian hair. Romantic wavy curls have always been out of reach at home. If I want it for a special occasion or a wedding I always have to go to the salon. I've tried but always been disappointed with burnt hair. This curler made it very easy (plus many hours of YouTube). I have a full head of long curls in about 1/2 hour like I just got out of the salon! I particularly like the dryer's L-shaped handle, so I don't have to raise both hands to hold the curling iron. I used to get tired, drop my hands and accidentally burn my scalp. The time is also favorable. I set it to its lowest temperature of 310 degrees and set the 10 second timer three times (30 seconds) and like magic my straight unruly hair transformed into this romantic soft curl. I love this thing!
