I've never used a curling iron and certainly can't curl with a straightener no matter how many YouTube videos I watch. The angle makes it much easier than a regular stick. I usually curl my hair away from my face and not towards it and this allows me to do both sides easily without being clumsy and allows me to keep my curls even on both sides. I love the style, this wand is perfect for styling hair. This is the second one I've bought. The first took a year to fail. The second one I bought was about 7 months old, this morning I went to use it and something with the heat distribution went bad and fried my hair straight away, I saw a video of it but it never happened to me. I never thought this would happen to me. I still love this product but am so nervous to order it again. We have been testing a new product for some time.

After reading some of the reviews and getting mine I was so disappointed. It looks used. The wand itself should be plastic or something. The cord wasn't even wrapped, it's very obvious that it was used or poorly made. The so-called gold wand isn't gold, and there are a lot of gold spots in some places, like a film of hairspray or something. I haven't even tried it, it's just gross!
