app installed, easy. Installed the camera - straight. I connected the phone and camera - it's easy. Everything worked beautifully - I was notified when there was movement in the yard. Then suddenly, after watching it work for about 30 minutes, I got a motion notification but a message that my phone couldn't connect to the camera. I've reinstalled pairs, uninstalled apps, reinstalled apps. I've googled and tried but to no avail. The husband thought it would work - he had the same experience - everything was PERFECT for about 30 minutes - then he tried to change the setting and he was permanently off camera. Absolutely couldn't get him to contact his phone again. We took it off and sent it back the next day - it barely spent 24 hours in our house. We got our money back and returned it for free so nothing wasted but time and frustration. .
