This bag fills the gap between small hard-shell bags under the seat, which only fit a wallet, and large handlebar and frame bags. It's also made from a soft rubber material that can flex to hold various shapes, unlike many similarly sized bags which are rigid and oddly shaped, limiting their use. The clasp is unique; it folds and closes with snaps, which aren't as easy to use as a zipper, but probably help with the advertised rain cover. If you are looking for a bag of this size, this is a good option.
