Review on Fence Collar Invisible Fencing Systems by Myel Shuey

I bought this collar in January 2014 to replace the Invisible Fence brand collar that stopped working and worked perfectly for my German Shepherd. She doesn't really check the boundaries of her fence anymore and was very easy to teach to respect the fence but this replacement collar worked really well and beeps loudly and I check it once a month or two. I never tried to shock myself to test this feature. Considering the cost of the Invisible Fence replacement collar, I think this is an excellent replacement. I also looked for replacement batteries for this collar and found the Duracell 28L camera battery to work. The battery is slightly longer, maybe a millimeter or two, than the 2CR1/3N battery sold perimeter, but the 28L battery bolts and seals into my collar with little effort. Duracell 28L batteries were purchased at Revain for $29.90 for four batteries (7.48 each) versus $9.95 for a Perimeter brand battery and I personally trust the Duracell battery more.
