Review on Cat Furniture Protector Protection Scratching by Syracuse Parrotte

This product has worked great on my leather sofa and upholstery. My cat has lost interest in shredding her favorite upholstered chair and has successfully started using the scratching post she used to ignore. It really took furniture savers to get her to use the scratching post. I first bought a smaller pack of 5 protectors and found I needed more protection as I have 3 pieces of furniture. I have now covered all surfaces and even removed the protector from the leather sofa as the cat doesn't bother it. I haven't had any marks or problems removing the glue from real leather. I attached the protectors to my upholstered chair with the supplied nails as the chair has a lot of kinks. These nails were easy to install and did not damage the furniture. I think I will eventually remove these protectors if the cat continues to use the scratching post. I did not use nails on the leather sofa and the product stuck to it with no problems. After a few weeks, it will start to scratch in high-traffic areas where we often rub it, but the goal was to use them temporarily until the cat learned to scratch. I was also able to remove and reposition these protectors and they were still very sticky.
