I like these sheets because they are lightweight, very soft, cool and most importantly not slippery like most sheets sold as bamboo. I have to say that my thermoregulation is fine during the day, but as soon as I go to bed my shins are so hot they almost burn. The only way to sleep comfortably is to either open them completely or just cover them with a sheet but with your legs sticking out. I still feel some excess heat when I lie down with these sheets, but not as much as with cotton sheets. I think this is because they are so light. So far I haven't woken up in a puddle of sweat like I sometimes do when I accidentally roll over at night and tuck my legs back under the covers. Now I just pray they don't wear out too quickly since they are so light. I would happily buy more if that happens. I'm so happy with them.
