The level of service and support has been excellent! In particular, we had a problem with our Google My Business account which was resolved quickly. They provided us with a high-level overview of how our business operates so that we could effectively target customers who would benefit most from our offering. Overall, they did a great job providing us with helpful advice and maintaining a positive relationship throughout the whole process. The only negative I'd like to point out is the lack of an automated way to update our website when there's any change made. As someone who doesn't work directly at the firm it's frustrating because if you want to make changes, all your files must go through multiple layers of approval before getting uploaded (and even then sometimes it won't happen). Also, since we're using GCP this means we don't get automatic backups or anything else related to being cloud native..
