As with many reviews, I would like to highlight the excellent service. Additional windshield mount? DELIVERED! Very long cables? DELIVERED! Additional connections *things*? DELIVERED! All of my questions were answered in less than 24 hours and extras were delivered in days not weeks. The facility was pretty good. The biggest *hang* wasn't the camera, it was finding the right place in my truck to run the cables into the cab from below. A more experienced person would probably have done it all in less than 30 minutes, but it took me 50-60 minutes. I'm not a mechanic or technician, so if I can do it, most people can. I use a backup camera for my truck's license plate and a longer square camera cable as my backup camera when towing a trailer, so I'm asking for a longer chord. Very happy, very happy. I just wish there was more customer service like them!
