Worth the extra money

First of all, I have a big head, so it's difficult to find things for my head that aren't too tight. I said it fits well because it doesn't let moisture through without leaving a mark on my forehead. There's plastic in there, so I wrapped my hair in a satin scarf, also in kitsch. I think the plastic could potentially damage the cuticles or break without a blemish. It also seems to be a good extra moisture barrier. In the past I have used a dry bar shower cap with a terry cloth lining. It leaves marks on my forehead, the back of my hair feels a little wet even though I avoid the flow of water, and my hair never looks good after I take it off. One day my boyfriend came into town and I went to the salon to get my hair done before he arrived, showered with a shower cap and my hair was HAPPY. This is the first time I've used a shower cap and my hair looked the same as it did before the shower. I'm absolutely certain that wrapping my hair in satin was part of my success because I didn't have to tie my hair in a pony or bun and the wave pattern didn't get in the way. I also like that I don't look so stupid in it when I'm staying at my boyfriend's. I wouldn't call it sexy by any means, but I don't feel so stupid when I get out of the shower. As a frequent traveler, I also appreciate the storage bag.

Pros

Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something
