Absolutely worthless. The "arch" just flattened out as soon as I stepped on it. It did not do anything for my flat feet and did nothing to neutralize my knock knee stance which is what im looking for. I love this dress! It's very comfortable and has a bit of stretch to it. It's a very lightweight sort of silky material, it's great for warmer temperatures like spring and summer. The pockets are wonderful, my phone can fit in them. I'm 5'4 and it's a bit long on me, but I don't step on it (unless I'm climbing stairs). These camis fit great, they're a bit snug on me but not in a restrictive way. More like they give a little bit of shape control, but nothing feels uncomfortable.
