I bought this hoop skirt for my 8 yr old daughter who loves "poofy” dresses. It’s a little bit on her, but I did that purposely so it would fit a few years. We just roll it up at the waist alittle. The hoop skirt is very well made and I appreciated that it was a Velcro waist plus an extra drawstring around the waist to make it tighter if you need to. My daughter loves the ruffles on the hoop skirt so much that she wears it on its own as a skirt! (The only trouble I’ve had with this skirt is figuring out how to fold it back up to get it back in the bag haha! We finally figured it out after watching some YouTube videos—it’s very similar to folding a pop up kids tent.) Would definitely recommend!
