I got a new desk and wanted something that would protect high-wear areas and provide a softer surface for the mouse. After narrowing my search to this (tree pattern) and another beautiful design from another manufacturer, I settled on this one as it was less deep than the other. The description says it's under 12 inches, the other was just under 16. Turns out it didn't matter, this one is the same size as the other, although everyone said it should be 11.8. If I received the item described, that would be fine. The print quality and textures on this are good. But it's too much for what I wanted. I want to protect part of the table, not block it completely. Now I'm not sure if I ordered another one, if it's the right size, or if they "updated" this one without updating their packaging or description here. Didn't impress. The description says they will resolve any issues within 24 hours, but they don't provide a way to contact them. All I received in the box was a mouse pad wrapped in plastic. I left this review, contacted Revain for an inaccurate description, and left negative feedback for the seller. No sound from them anywhere. Seems I have options: take care of it and keep it, send it back and order another one and see if it fits, or send it back and give up after I find another option.
