Just installed this weekend. Easy installation. Quiet and high performance at low revs. The remote worked immediately with no lag. On the other hand, the Android Carro Home app was a little tricky. Finding a device on the local network was a chore. but with a little patience, some extra time and pressing buttons on the remote control. The app finally found and added the device. It was also difficult to get it working with Alexa, but Alexa found the device after enabling the skill. What's funny is that the Alexa phone app kept saying it couldn't find the device, but I just asked Alexa on the Echo device to "turn on the lights." and Alexa answered. "Did you mean ceiling fan? OK. All commands work through Alexa for fan speed, light intensity, and light color (comes with two colors.
