Updated: October 4, 2020 I received the 1st fan for free and bought 4 more as gifts for other people. Out of a total of 5, one of the gifts died within a week. Haven't heard from other gift recipients but the quality seems questionable at best. Downgrade from 5 to 3 stars. I gave it to a baker. This helps him keep his cool in the back room of the bakery while his hand is busy. He said it usually takes about 2 hours (I assume he had it on top of that). The two fans then balance each other out and can be comfortably worn around the neck when working. Two thin levers leading to the fans are flexible and allow for tilt angle adjustment. It was such a hit as a practical gift that he asked me to buy 4 more to give to his co-workers. The current price is very cheap at $11.99. For reference, I bought a couple of mini fans while touring around Seoul last year. They cost between $5 and $15. Most mini fans I've bought in the US are between $20 and $30 each. And yes, I have a whole collection of mini fans. Some stayed in the office, which I can't get into at the moment as it's still closed. I usually keep at least 2-3 fully charged mini fans on hand at all times as I can carry them around and use them without an outlet. They were lifesavers during the 2 day power outage after Hurricane Isaias. A note for these fans: you must have your hair cut very short or your hair must be braided tightly and tied at the back. It would be uninteresting to get tangled in it with long hair. I was very careful and put all my hair up when I tested it.
