Overall good product for the price I was hesitant to purchase as there are no reviews yet. I bought it for the price and the brand had other good reviews. This is a preventive care measure, so it takes a long time to determine if they are effective. I will update if they break too fast. The rating below is based on my perception based on visual inspection and feel of the item. Pros: Cost is the biggest benefit, zippers are very easy to use, skirt hangs low enough to cover a hoop. Cons: The thickness of the vinyl is an issue. (this protects the tire from UV rays)
