So at 1st I was seeing why everyone was saying the buttons were not responsive so when yo lay the phone in the bottom case make sure your side buttons are clicking sometime the little rubber pieces aren't making contact with the buttons so test that out 1st before snapping the top piece on cause it's a tough cookie to get off once on. I've seen ppl use quarters to open the case cause the little space where ur supposed to open it by on top of the phone can hurt doing it by just your fingers. So easiest way to open case is put your thumb on screen and case on the right side and putting your nails in between the rubber and plastic piece and lifting up and you'll hear snapping ease yourself around to open. Had a self healing screen protector and wasn't the best for this case just saying never tried a glass screen protector so just letting yall know before hand.
