Read this before complaining buttons don't work

So at 1st I was seeing why everyone was saying the buttons were not responsive so when yo lay the phone in the bottom case make sure your side buttons are clicking sometime the little rubber pieces aren't making contact with the buttons so test that out 1st before snapping the top piece on cause it's a tough cookie to get off once on. I've seen ppl use quarters to open the case cause the little space where ur supposed to open it by on top of the phone can hurt doing it by just your fingers. So…

Pros
  • This case functions very well, protects my phone and is durable.
Cons
  • Side key didn't Line up. Had to stuff tissue under key to make it Line up.

had to return: my feedback

I was excited to see this on sale because I had the same case for my previous phone. however, when I received this one and put it on my phone I couldn't press the lock button. the volume buttons were fine, but I couldn't lock/unlock my phone. I am very disappointed since I usually love these cases, unfortunately I had to return this one.

Pros
  • Works as decribed. This my second one. The case took a beating but my phone looks brand new.
Cons
  • This case is strong but doesn't allow you to push the buttons in the side.
