Review on 🌈 TQ Homebase Girl Boy Rain Boot: Toddler Kid Size, Rainbow Dinosaur Camo. Rubber, Light-up, Lightweight! by Sean Young

My 4 year old daughter loves these boots; Rainbow, sparkles and they shine! However, we've only had the boots for a few weeks and the lights in the left boot stopped working. I realize the lights might blow out eventually but 3 weeks is way too early considering they are $25 and she has only worn the boots a couple of times. I ordered a size up based on the reviews and the boots fit perfectly. In hindsight I think I should have read the 3 star reviews first as other people have also reported that the lights in the rainbow colored left boots burn out quickly. Can this be a defect? Unfortunately I have already thrown the box away so I cannot return it and we are left with a broken shoe. I'm picking 2 stars so people who read 2 star reviews are warned against a bit of a burnout like this. The 2 star reviews only mention the size and smell which the 4 star reviews mention so I didn't investigate further and didn't keep the box just in case.
