Socks help soften cracked skin, but can only be worn at night. They are the same size so they were too big for me. I wear size 7 women's shoes and they are too big for me. You get very loose after one night, the gel is really too thick. hard to walk because feet slip and slip in socks and very dangerous when you have to get up at night. It is recommended to make the gel thinner, a smaller size would be great as one size does not fit all, make the sock higher than the ankle for a better fit on the foot.
