What a disappointment

Where to start? Given the price (and reviews) I expected this to be an exceptional product. I added it to the Subscribe and Save section and looked forward to its arrival. We're not off to a good start. The atomizer mechanism did not work properly. Every time I sprayed product I had to manually move the mechanism on the trigger to get it ready to spray again, otherwise it would stay in that position. I did this for a month or two (funny) and then the mechanism itself started to flow. Every time

MY GOD! Just try. That is amazing!

Here it is. The solution to all pet odors FOREVER! I moved out to rent, but I could say with certainty that there was a cat here in front of us. Sorry cat lovers, they are cute but can smell bad if not cleaned properly and I have severe allergies! So I knew I had to do some cleaning and general cleaning so I could live here. This product has cost me over $2,000 in vet bills!

My cat had a terrible reaction to this supposedly "non-toxic" product. I emailed the company about my situation a week ago with no response so far. So why NOT write a review telling my story and saving someone else's pet from life threatening circumstances?
