UPDATE:. SD card works as expected. You need to insert and format the card and restart the camera. Now change to 5 stars as the SD card is working properly. It was the easiest camera I have ever connected to my network. It worked on the first try and I didn't have to think about it. The camera quality is great, the new Faleemi cloud app is great. The application notifies you of movements. Unfortunately, the camera requires a cloud subscription to store data. I miss being able to store pictures and videos on my own storage devices like I used to. The local account and password are secure, which is great too. My downside is the SD card. We ordered a 128MB card as that was the maximum allowed. It still doesn't work for us and so I don't have photo storage because I don't want to keep the Faleemi cloud charges on top of all my other cloud accounts. Faleemi's technical support is good and responsive, but unfortunately this is the first issue I've had with their products that they couldn't solve and I didn't have any other workarounds. Other than that it's a great product and we'll keep going. Use it indoors
