Order one size smaller in the collar and one size larger in the sleeve length and you will be very satisfied. Try ordering multiple sizes.

I ordered two sizes: 15.5 and 16.5. I'm 16.5 but I'm skinny and most shirts this size are a lot roomier so I ordered a size down as I hate shirts that are baggy. He was a much better fit. The sleeves were a bit short but ok. I might try ordering with slightly longer sleeves than expected and a smaller collar size if you are skinny. They have a comfort collar that stretches so it's actually still very comfortable. I really recommend ordering several sizes and then returning the ones that don't fit. Returns are very easy to process and free.

Pros

The fitted Jesse style is tapered from chest to waist, shoulder to elbow and elbow to wrist. Sizes range from XS to 3XL with sleeve lengths from 30-31 to 40-41.
