Bought for 1 year for a daytime nap. Other brands I've personally seen are thinner. This one is pretty thick and soft. I have another Wildkin sleeping bag that will last well over 2 years if washed monthly in a top loading machine with agitator on gentle cycle (washing instructions say to use front loading). I always hang them out to dry and have had no problems. My only downside is that it's heavier/bigger than cheaper brands for carrying to and from daycare every week. However, I would prefer my kids to have somewhere comfortable to sleep on!
