I bought this because I was going to spend nearly a week at the Disney Parks, and needed to haul my stuff without dropping anything. So I rolled out some dad energy and bought myself a "travel pack". It worked exceptionally well. It looked as cool as this kind of pack is able to, it wore wonderfully well in terms of comfort and durability, and I was able to hold my phone, some tylenol and antacids (told you I was rolling dad style), along with hotel key car, park pass, some face wipes and more.

This is just what I wanted. I needed something to carry my phone & keys while I work out. I did find the zippers to be stubborn until I carefully applied (with a Qtip) some WD40. And pay attention to the waist size! This fits comfortably around my hips, but it is adjusted to the very smallest size it can be. I'm a skinny woman, 5'11", 130. This bag is probably better suited to larger people.

I was pleasantly surprised with this one - it's unusual to find actual real leather at this price point. Typically would expect polyurethane (PU) "vegan leather" or some nylon thing. I bought this for a cosplay and expected it too be pretty cheap looking and feeling but i was surprised. It feels pretty thick and it looks pretty darn good. Im considering using it for more than just a cosplay considering its pretty comfy.

I loved the size and durability. Gorgeous high quality. Pockets well thought out. I had trouble keeping it up over my hips so tried using as a shoulder bag but it didn't easily convert to a shoulder bag. I think with a small redesign it could be used as both hip or shoulder bag.

I got this for a renaissance costume and I’m a pretty small person so I was hoping the waist strap would be able to go small enough to fit comfortably. I tightened it as far as it will go and it still feels like it’s about to slide off. I’m a little sad about it but it’s still a cool bag with a lot of uses and pockets.

Hi, this brown waist bag does not sit comfortably due to the straight angle design at lower corners. Also the pockets are not wide enough to accommodate minor items.The same refers to the black bag, which however sits comfortable due to the narrowing shape at the ends. But the pockets have not enough width. If you place a smart phone in the upper middle pocket you have a hard time placing a wallet in any other pocket.

So far, I’m loving this bag. The leather feels good. It has plenty of pockets but isn’t overly bulky and it looks good with many outfits. It also has a brass ring that I can clip anything on, e.g. keys, doggy travel bowl, hand sanitizer, etc. A good design overall!

As advertised, but has a prominent SMELL! I reviewed prior posts and read to wrap in newspapers and let sit for several days . I did this and added dryer sheets. I believe I let it sit 7-10 days. A very mild smell I could handle then. (I have worked with leather before much different tanning ingredients not regulated in US) it easily adjusts to my waist. Zippers are heavyweight. So not dainty, but I enjoy it! I still cut up a dryer sheet and put a piece in each pocket.

Very well made. Heavy duty zippers and pulls. There's a ton of room, but compact (doesn't bulk up with a lot of stuff in it because of all the pockets). Very easy to keep everything organized and it was great for travel. I will definitely buy another in a different color. I believe the quality is very good. It will last a long time.

After looking at different hip bags, I was concerned that I would get one that doesn't look like the pictures, or that was PLU instead of real leather. This one is definitely real leather--- you can see the "suede" underside of the leather on the zipper pulls etc. The size is great, and I love the pockets. My only complaint was that the buckle was plastic instead of metal to match the rest of the bag--- I went to a craft store and bought my own brass lobster claw clasps and resewed it to match.
