I have been wearing an over the ear hearing aid for years, but between the problems wearing a mask with it and working remotely and trying to use a earbud and the hearing aid for conference calls I was getting frustrated. the Maihear allows me to have acceptable hearing support while being able to hear during conference calls. I like the packaging. The pole and other items appear to be good.until two of the Poles were bent requiring, for one of them, to use pliers, in turn tearing the thin metal. Knowing from experience, in inclement weather, wind, take your flags, at minimum, down or the pole will bend and tear.
