Aluminum gold topper has dent. Won't stay together in one piece. Would be nice if we could get that replaced without sending the entire thing back.

The topper arrived crushed, and split open. The aluminum pole looked ok, but a little thin. I was considering filling with spray foam insulation to stiffen the pole. The flag is included, but probably not the quality you would want to display. I did not install, but returned and opted for an American made pole from Valley Forge.

Topper ball arrived damaged and not usable. The supplied flag is not worth the material it's printed on. The flagpole may have difficulty withstanding extreme weather conditions, such as lightning strikes or heavy snowfall.

I like the packaging. The pole and other items appear to be good.until two of the Poles were bent requiring, for one of them, to use pliers, in turn tearing the thin metal. Knowing from experience, in inclement weather, wind, take your flags, at minimum, down or the pole will bend and tear. Even though this product purports to be sturdy, heavy guage, etc, it's blowing at 9mph and the pole is all over the place. Bent Poles led me to give this 3 stars.

There was no rope, how do you fly a flag with no rope. I bought two Identical pole NO ROPE in either one. Always a problem with product coming out of CHINA!

I just opened the package and saw the bell for the top of flagpole badly deformed. This was not damaged in shipment. Apparently, quality control at the factory said "ah, close enough". This is completely unacceptable and I am returning this product without looking any further.

It was easy to put together, and easy to assemble. We had a storm come through with a tornado warning. I took the flags off and the pole never budged.I like that I can lower the flags for days they need to be flown at half-mast.

Looks great, easy to put together, came with a few dents due to lack of padding when packed. That's my review. I would buy again

I was grateful that it was easy to assemble because my husband doesn't like to read instructions. The wind in Florida get's pretty strong so it's nice to know it can handle it!

I replaced a flag pole that snapped with this version as it stated it was thicker and sturdier then other products. It snapped on the very 1st storm we had. Very disappointed and totally not worth the money.

This flag pole states heavy duty and is a joke! Not worth the money! So so flimsy! Only can put 1 flag on pole! That's my review.

Upon opening box the first thing we saw was a smashed gold ball which is not fixable. Also, I measured our current flag pole hole and it is bigger than what is given in the specs but when we got it the pole does not fit. So now we need to spend even more money to be able to set it up

Only issue I have is that to use the entire 25' length you need to dig a hole extremely deep. Unfortunately that negates the flag pole being removeable because the 20" PVC tube will be well underground in cement. Once you install it.that's it.

Finial ball came broken in half/bent could not be put back together. Not yet sure if other parts will fall apart too. The pole may sway or bend in high winds, potentially damaging both the flagpole and attached flag.

We had a wind storm about 2 months after we installed it. It bend completely over and is unusable. Don’t waste your money if you live in a place with any amount of moderate wind.
