I wear these UPF shirts all summer long because I'm outside, working in the garden or walking my dogs. This shirt is very comfortable and dries quickly if it gets wet (either from sweat or with a hose). It protects me from the sun very well - I've never had any burns on my shoulders or arms, even working in the garden all day. Honestly, I couldn't do without this shirt for its protection. It's comfortable and has enough stretch so I can work without feeling constricted.
