Lots of computer time

I sit a lot on the computer, especially at night. My eyes are very tired and dry. The glasses reduced some of the blue light. But I really got a headache looking through the amber lens. Due to the amber lens, you will not see the true colors on the screen. I have to take them off every now and then to see them.
