Lots of computer time

I sit a lot on the computer, especially at night. My eyes are very tired and dry. The glasses reduced some of the blue light. But I really got a headache looking through the amber lens. Due to the amber lens, you will not see the true colors on the screen. I have to take them off every now and then to see them.

It helps me fall asleep easily and increases my sleep by 1 hour per day

I wear it every day after 7pm, it helps me fall asleep around 11pm every time and adds 1 hour to my sleep per day. I have recommended it to 5 other friends who all found the same thing: increased sleep time. My father, 88 years old, gained 30+ minutes a night; other friends raise the same amount or more, one friend even 3 hours a night. This model is light and comfortable to wear. The pressure on the head is a little too tight, hence a star deducted. I highly recommend using it.

Protect the health of your eyes! These works!

I have Age-Related Macular Degeneration and I'm reading everything to FIGHT this terrible eye disease!
