Review on Pro Tec Athletics Travel Roller Massager by William Bradford

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Try to avoid leg cramps

I bought another roller massager but it had hard plastic rollers. I like this one a lot more. The wheels are flexible and the yellow handles are also rubberized. It comes with instructions on a small folded piece of paper. Larger instructions/photos would be helpful. I mainly use it for my calves after hiking. I'm prone to cramps, so I do prophylactic massages along with extra water, electrolyte drinks, and magnesium tablets. It's really good, especially in the front of my calves, but I can't say for sure if it's doing anything. I suppose it's pretty harmless anyway. I paid about 10% more than the current price AND I've seen it at the REI store for about half the price. I almost never say REI is cheaper than Revain, but it is. I haven't seen this online, but it's worth checking out locally (I hardly ever talk about it either) when it's appropriate.

Pros
  • Deep tissue stimulation and accelerated recovery, maximum muscle performance and flexibility
Cons
  • boring packaging
