If you are an active person, you need one of these.

I'm quite an active person and this tool can really save life after a long day. If you've ever had muscle tension at the end of a workout, this tool is great for relaxing them. When choosing between the pro-tec and The Stick, remember that the pro-tec has soft grips and hardened rubber wheels, as opposed to The Stick, which has hard plastic grips and wheels. When using pro-tec, it is important to note that the grease between the main tube and the outer roller will creep out and get on your…

Try to avoid leg cramps

I bought another roller massager but it had hard plastic rollers. I like this one a lot more. The wheels are flexible and the yellow handles are also rubberized. It comes with instructions on a small folded piece of paper. Larger instructions/photos would be helpful. I mainly use it for my calves after hiking. I'm prone to cramps, so I do prophylactic massages along with extra water, electrolyte drinks, and magnesium tablets. It's really good, especially in the front of my calves, but I can't…

UPDATE March 10, 2015: I found this to be better than expected. The benefit is that you can easily "articulate" this roller to get into places you might find difficult with a foam roller. I still use it in combination with a foam roller (rolling the buttocks and the back of the thigh). However, I think this cutscene is great because I can "determine" the release points of the cutscene. In particular, I've found that instead of having to position the reel with my IT belt and quads, I can now…
