Review on Pro Tec Athletics Travel Roller Massager by Steve Fields

Ideal to take away. Used me on the driving range and golf course

UPDATE March 10, 2015: I found this to be better than expected. The benefit is that you can easily "articulate" this roller to get into places you might find difficult with a foam roller. I still use it in combination with a foam roller (rolling the buttocks and the back of the thigh). However, I think this cutscene is great because I can "determine" the release points of the cutscene. In particular, I've found that instead of having to position the reel with my IT belt and quads, I can now just walk in and work with it, and then move it around to attend to what I need to do with the reel would do. I can also use this roller and place it down towards the lower back, hold it at a slight angle and rotate the tensor fasciae latae (TFL) (which is a small muscle between the thigh and pelvis) while standing (helps when I am on the training ground). While seated, take a soft end roll, place it on the floor, and place it under my bent leg (feet on the floor) just above and below the knee outwards (at least there's a trigger point there that should do something). Work). - END OF UPDATE. After I fix my deep glutes I will be using this to complement using my foam roller. This 18 inch caster is easy to control and I will take it with me in my golf bag on the driving range and on the course. I will make arrangements to do the usual pre-game stretch and then during game plus rotation. my calf, drumstick, IT, lower back (time permitting). I would recommend a longer roller (22 inches) if you plan to use that instead of a large foam roller. In my opinion, stretching is just as important as regular exercise. , consider this and/or a foam roller for muscle massage routine. Please consult your doctor before use.
