The technical representative provided installation information but what we got was not what I bought. The technical representative sent the correct product and received it within a few days. My husband had it installed by a professional. He doesn't like playing around with cars. This works great, but I wish we had instructions on how to read the different symbols. I can see where the car is on the map, but I don't understand what other symbols are used. I also know there is no monthly fee and that's fine for a year, but what happens when the year ends?
