When the price is too good to be true, the product often doesn't deliver what it promises. Such is the case with the RainBro CSW100. This shallow well pump has an output of 1 HP. and a rate of 1200 gallons per hour (20 gallons per minute) when water is drawn from a water head of 5 feet and supplied at a pressure of 40 psi. The manual states an additional 1080 gallons per hour (18 gpm) when drawing water from a water head of 10 feet and 40 psi. Do not be fooled! I'm returning the pump and spending a few bucks more for a unit that works.
