Lamps are not UV-resistant - not suitable for permanent outdoor use. (more than a few days)
Lamps fog up and burn out quickly. I've attached a photo showing a 2 year old glass bulb from another set of bulbs (right) versus a 3 month old PLASTIC LED bulb (left). When off, the bulbs are milky white and the color slowly changes from a warm glow to pure white. Several lightbulbs broke because they swayed in the wind in the backyard. Meanwhile, two inexpensive sets from Harbor Freight are on the rise. The only reason I had to change a lightbulb for her was because I broke one! I cannot recommend it for outdoor use.
