I ordered a size up and it fits perfectly!
After reading the reviews I took the advice and ordered a size up (it's a kid size). I usually wear the small/4 in skirts and pants and I ordered the medium and it fits perfectly! I like that it stretches a bit so I have room to walk around while it fits snugly to my body and doesn't ride up. Waist 26.5 inches, Hips 36.75 inches.
