I love these thumb grips. They are cute, with bright colors, easy to install, convenient to use, and will not damage the sticks themselves. The pink and green colors look great on the Splatoon 2 Pro Controller. Because they are 100% silicone, the handles can be easily removed. Personally, this hasn't happened to me in the normal course of the game - at least not yet. I tried pushing both handles from the side with some force, they can actually bounce off easily. That's disappointing, but not surprising given the material. They were fine with Splatoon 2 and Super Mario Odyssey. Let's see with Kirby Star Allies and Breath of the Wild. I bought these grips because of the price but you definitely get what you pay for - but so far I'm happy with my purchase. If you want something that can't be easily removed, use KontrolFreeks; they are expensive but they are worth it.
