I really like this backpack especially for the price I bought it for. But there can be room for improvement. Material always looks like it needs ironing unless filled inside. But it's a huge bag and I always carry a lot of stuff with me so it doesn't look wrinkled. It's big, I use it for school, fantastic for all my books. And I'll use it when I'm hiking/skiing/or anything where I need to carry a lot of things. The straps of the bag are quite large but well padded but I think that's so you can hold stuff in the backpack because it's big. I have a problem with zippers, it is quite difficult to open and close the backpack, due to the material and the way it is constructed, it is more difficult to open. The color is great, just like in the photo. I'm happy with this backpack but like I said they could improve the quality. But I got what I paid for. :)
