    Doesn't work as expected

    I tried using and customizing jumpers for my speaker configuration but ended up bypassing them altogether. I had to daisy chain external 4 ohm speakers with an 8 ohm amplifier. When adjusting the jumpers for the speaker settings, whether I connected them in parallel or in series, the speakers really lacked volume. I ended up connecting the wires in the volume cabinet and connecting the speakers in series to my amp. Wow, what a volume difference. I think that volume rocker also put a lot of…

    Speakers sounded great! The volume has slight 'clicks' for each level

    The volume knob works well, it will take a while to get the wire into the pins, DO NOT over tighten the small set screw, be Carefully you will work perfectly. I ended up applying a small bead of silicone sealant around the gasket before closing the bezel and then a small bead along the outside edge to keep water/snow/hot tub water out of the box.     Yes, as another reviewer pointed out, it's difficult to connect. Inside there is little space for the input and output of the left and right speakers. I wired it up at the workbench by connecting all the speaker wires. Like a wiring harness. Then I installed it outside and routed the cables to the speakers and amplifier. It's a neat setup with all the wires hidden and barely visible. I was proud of myself. Then I turned on the amp to check it. The volume control has a rotary control that locks…
