They run a bit large, as I anticipated. Small fits me perfectly. I'm 5'9", 158 lbs with a trim, athletic build. Normal pants size maybe 30"-waist but probably 32", depending on the garment. Nice close fit and perfectly comfortable, coming to about an inch above the knee. Great for casual wear which is how I will be using them. I am using it for my high heels but sadly I am not sure if it is the shoes or what. I left the shoe stretcher in the shoes for 23 days and my shoes did not stretch. I believe it is the actual shoe and not the product. I have not used anything else but the part to stretch the shoes so I am not sure how everything else works.See full review

I was going to send these back after my initial try on. They were too snug and felt too short. No way they’d stretch to fit.
