"New " but aged batteries

Bought 8000 MAh batteries and that seems to be true. Supposedly they are the 4.0 version with new and improved duration, safety,etc. Actually, they are manufactured in 2015 as shown in the included pic (checked with many apps) and reported in other buyers comments. I did the callibration but from the first first cycle till the fourth the battery life when fully charged does not exceed 4 hours, less than half of the original Apple battery when new. The manufacturer still claims they are new but…

Second life for old MacBook air

My wife has an older MacBook air and after unplugging it from the charger you could basically watch the percentage drop. After about 30 minutes the computer would need to be charged again. Other than that, the computer was fine and for typing up papers or browsing online, it worked. Insisting she needed a new laptop because the battery died too fast didn't sit right with me. Lasted 3 months. BUT, warranty covered replacement.

EASY to install. Worked as advertised for 3 months of continuous light use with and without charger plugged in. Then, it mysteriously wouldn’t hold a charge.Return window was closed, but manufacturers customer service was prompt in sending out a new battery. Although there were some questions and details lost in translation. was easy to install in my 2012 macbook air

easy to install, it came with the right hardware and even extra pads for the bottom, it holds a charge really well and charges pretty fast too. so ide say so far so good we will see how long it lasts now.

Promptly shipped in a hassle free and secure container. The package arrived with detailed instructions along with tools that made the new battery installation a breeze. It took all of 10 mins to swap out an old battery for the new. Seems like a great product and a great service too.

Surprised ! best in my review

Easy to install. Quick charging. Included tools helped get the Instal done fast in less than 5 minutes. I wish I had know about this and I could have done this 2 years ago. I was scared I would mess up my MacBook Air. I am glad I got this battery replacement. Battery lasting 2 days with normal use. Great product.

Disappointing after a few months

Bought the 7000 mah one in Jan 2021. For a few months it held the charge okay before it started to get worse. By last September, I couldn’t use it without a charger. Today I replaced the battery and as you can see the battery packs are very swollen (the right two) which poses serious risk to my MacBook…. Very disappointing.

Wish I ordered this months ago.

My MacBook Air was constantly dying. I thought about taking it to a shop to replace the battery and just never got around to it.Watched a You Tube on replacing it and it was too simple. MacBook 2012 Battery

I took my MacBook laptop to BestBuy Geek Squad because the battery wasn't charging only when plugged in. They stated that Apple stopped developing/discontinued battery pack for MacBook 2012 and they couldn't do anything but refer me to someone and was not guaranteed that they would be able to fix. I debated getting a new MACBOOK AIR but I really hate the ‘let’s get to know each other’ period of a new phone or computer. So I bought this. I had read how you really needed to have a ‘professional’ install it. But when it arrived I checked it out and quite honestly a child could do it. Literally. Easy swap on MacBook Air late 2010

Had a dead battery on MacBook Air late 2010. The higher capacity batter works great. The V was different than the original so I was a bit nervous, but it works great. I am not confident in the battery capacity, but it is good enough for a few hours of use for sure. I did a battery calibration for this macbook as best I could and see no difference. In the end it is worth it if you don't have a perfect OEM battery.

So far so good on my review.

Took out my old battery and installed the new one in probably 10 minutes using a YouTube video. I let it sit on the charger until it was completely full and now I unplugged the charger to see how long it’ll last on a full battery. So far everything is going great! One of the easiest things I’ve ever had to install on my own

Battery was easy to install and fits perfect. It comes with two screwdrivers, one of which broke, the tip broke. Luckily I had another that fit.

Easy DIY job on my review.

Easy to install with tools included with the battery. The whole procedure took less than 1/2 hour. After fully charging battery, the computer started up without any problem and there was no need to adjust any settings.

best battery replacement for a macbook

it really does have 8000mah of capacity, and it was very easy to install - the battery fits perfectly on a A1466 Macbook Air - just make sure to fully shutdown your mac before installing it and wait about 10 seconds after so that all power is shut off from the logic board. its pretty simple: take out old battery, put new one in, boot up, enjoy.

Battery was super easy to install and the design is flawless! Feels like a genuine apple battery but better! Oh and the extra screw drivers and bottom case cover feet was surprising!
