    kind of embarrassing every-time I'm on set and the memory card automatically stops cause of buffering. Exchanged the first card and received for a second one, and still same issue. Now the company won't even respond to my emails. typical when dealing with trash, I'd recommend spending the extra 50-100 bucks and getting yourself a card from a reliable brand not this crap.     I was looking around to purchase a CFast card reader and was reading reviews. and I must say, there can be a lot of crappy products out there on the market.I finally decided on the Pixel Flash CFast Card Reader. It is compact, ultra slim. No cords what-so-ever. Can easily be packed away for a trip.     I use Pixel Flash CFast 2.0 cards and they work GREAT in my 1DXMkii. So i ordered their card reader, and though the title suggest USB-C, it is NOT.     Good reader with a design issue

    The reader itself is great and I've had no problems. However I can only use this with a desktop and not a laptop because of the shape of the reader. The wide design blocks the secondary input on a laptop so loading to an external drive is impossible.

    Seaside Audio & Video ordered the PIXELFLASH 4k 128GB Card before setting out to record medical interviews. Knowing the lengths of the interviews would vary, we knew we had to had a reliable card. Luckily, we found PIXELFLASH and will continue to use their products.     I got the cfast card reader and I love it. It feels great and works great and it's compact so fits perfectly into tight spots into my bag. Would recommend to friends. Only thing I would add to it is a little cap for the USB port

    This is a terrific reader, but beware the design limitation: if two USB slots are located next to each other, it will render the second port unusable. That’s the circular design: it’s just wide enough to block a second port located in close proximity - like a laptop. You’d be smart to find a USB dongle, or extension cord.

    I have been using pixel flash card readers for several years for my photography business. They have great quality. I didn't pay attention while buying, this reader does not come with a USB plug or attachment, that's my bad. I will use it with a cord I already have but overall I would recommend their products.
