It serves it's purpose but kind of wonky. Don't trust the strength of the plastic even though it hasn't broken yet, it still feels like I could snap it if I clamp down on it with any extra pressure. I ordered 2. One is attached to a shelf holding a 7 inch tablet that I use as a wifi mp3 music source for a stereo in my basement machine shop. It fits my Samsung Tab E absolutely like a glove. But I didn't read the description thoroughly. It mounts on my tripod perfectly but my failure to read the description netted me a rigid mount, one that does not adjust or swivel in any way.

Because my camera is in the middle of my tablet when it is horizontal, it cuts the bottom of the picture off. Other than that, this is a good product.

I had purchased a far more expensive mount that actually wobbled under the weight of the iPad Pro 9.7". I ordered 3 of these mounts, installed them, and they're perfect. The bumpers ensure that nothing is getting scratched up and the arms are snug enough that the iPad doesn't easily slip out. Best of all, the mount is thick and strong - no wobbling!

I like the product. It is well built for this price range and it does what I need. It locks in back with a twist once you secure it in place.Maybe future versions will come with a tilt capability.(Not a deal breaker but something for the suggestion box.)You might like to use it for steady shots and the quarter 20 mount allows mounting to a jib for video capture or just a different perspective.

Little flimsy, and hard to screw down tightly. I love this mount. Really makes a camera setup professional when tethered to my dslrI also use this with my lateral tripod, so I may have my tablet floating in front of me when watching YouTube!

Works great for my daughter to make her own videos with her iPad Mini (1st version). I have used it with a 2017 iPad and it works well with that, too. I did add a bit of foam padding to keep her iPad in it just a little tighter, but if she had a case on the iPad, it wouldn't need it.

Please be aware, if you have the Nexus 7 2013 edition, the tablet is too skinny for landscape mode. Original Nexus 7 fits great. Left case on 2013 edition to get it to fit.

As others have noted, the device is wobbly. How it works to mount a device is outstanding. Easy as pie to get ready to go. But any movement of your tablet using the tripod and the wobbles begin. If you have to pan or tilt you'll end up with shaky video. If all you're doing are still shots this will work great. Love the design but they have to figure out how to firm it up.

This does exactly what I need it to do-holds my tablet for videos. This is my second one. I accidentally knocked my tripod over and broke the last one. The holder didn't break, the screw base did. Other than my clumsiness, it is a great item.

This holds my tablets quite steady for when I record or go FaceBook live. I wondered a little bit about the way the plastic would hold up, but it's quite sturdy.

I have not had a chance to use it yet, but this adapter seems adequate for its intended purpose. You should be able to clamp just about any popular tablet in it in landscape mode. It is a good value.

Sturdy and plenty big to accommodate my iPad Pro 10.5. Works as advertised.! The only gripe I have is there's no cold shoe mount for my Mic.

Works very well, holds my tablet beautifully so my daughter can watch movies in her jumper. Also worked great for video chatting with Grandma. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I feel like it could have been designed to go a little smaller, and be able to hold larger cell phones too (it does not).
