The reader itself is great and I've had no problems. However I can only use this with a desktop and not a laptop because of the shape of the reader. The wide design blocks the secondary input on a laptop so loading to an external drive is impossible.See full review

These fit well, maybe a tad smaller than I was excepting for a size 11. With thick or wool socks it could be a tad tight. The top of the boot is wider so you can zip you pants in them. They have a thick rubber sole with good grooves to give traction. They have zipper closer and the fleece lining is all the way around on the inside so you won't get ice or snow slipping in when zipping on or off.They have two different types of material that are both waterproof. When I first received this item, I was really sceptical because the material is super thin. When I put it on, I was quite pleasantly surprised with it's "smoothing" capabilities. Love it! I just wanted a cheap, reliable way for my aging mom to be able to contact me when I am in another room. She would shout out to me- at night- but I couldn't always hear her on the second floor. Have one transmitter stationed next to the toilet and the other by her bed. She loves it and so do I.
