EASY to install. Worked as advertised for 3 months of continuous light use with and without charger plugged in. Then, it mysteriously wouldn’t hold a charge.Return window was closed, but manufacturers customer service was prompt in sending out a new battery. Although there were some questions and details lost in translation. I would ask for status on shipment of replacement and would receive email back stating "no worry, best customer service for you” without anything definitive. Then, it just showed up in the mail room. Replacement was just reinstalled without issue. It is definitely cost effective, but disappointed that the first battery I ordered failed so soon.
